Engineering Manager, RF and Microwave Electrical Design Engineer
Bob graduated from University of Wisconsin with an electrical engineering degree with an emphasis in electromagnetic fields and waves, and transmission line theory.  Bob was responsible for the development of HP/Agilent RF switches such as 8765X SPDT, multiport and matrix switches, and the N181X family of electromechanical switches.  With over 20 years of RF and microwave design experience, Bob has designed electromechanical, solid-state, and thin film components covering DC to 70 GHz.

Throughout his career, Jim has designed a multitude of switch matrices. His emphasis is space related high-reliability design engineering of microwave systems and components.
